Apple Rakija

Created from carefully selected combination of apple varieties, through a double distillation where the heads and the tails are carefully separated and only the heart of the rakija is retained. Matured in barrels made exclusively from Macedonian oak, which helps develop the complexity of the aroma and delicate woody notes.
